An inspiring keynote can send you home with energy, but the conversations around it should help you do something with that energy. Before choosing a women’s business networking event, I would decide whose experience you need: another owner, a founder, a senior leader or someone working in your technical field.
These six women’s business networking events in Europe for 2027 cover different professional communities across six countries, including the UK and Norway. I have chosen them for their business, leadership or career connections, with particular attention to how you can participate.
Dates and published access information were checked on 5 November 2026. Several organisers are still developing their 2027 programmes, so distinguish an announced event from a confirmed mentor appointment, investor meeting or place on stage.
| Event and 2027 dates | Location | Who I would prioritise | Conversation route | Participation point |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprising Women Conference; 5 March | Kegworth, East Midlands, UK | Owners and professionals building regional relationships | Established women-in-business network | Open to all; paid event; booking and programme pending |
| Sommet des Fondatrices; 9 March | Paris, France | Women founders and aspiring entrepreneurs | Founder exchange; investment-oriented formats described | French information; confirm 2027 meeting selection and tickets |
| Női Vállalkozók Napja; 18 March | Budapest, Hungary | Women running or starting businesses | Workshops and organised relationship-building | Hungarian information; some services require Premium or VIP |
| HER Conference & Awards; 29 April | Oslo, Norway | Founders, leaders and decision-makers | Business and leadership community; pitches advertised | Separate conference, dinner and combined passes; check pitching eligibility |
| Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit; 16–17 June | Warsaw, Poland, plus online | Women in technology, STEM and early-career roles | Career expo, technology community and mentoring advertised | Distinguish online and in-person access; confirm 2027 booking rules |
| Female Future Festival Vienna; 21 October | Vienna, Austria | Professionals exploring leadership and career connections | Networking formats, masterclasses and expo advertised | German information; programme developing; compare pass inclusions |
1. Enterprising Women Conference: build an East Midlands support network
East Midlands Chamber schedules the Enterprising Women Conference for 5 March, 09:00–15:00, at Crowne Plaza East Midlands Airport. The hotel is in Kegworth, so plan the venue journey separately from any visit to Nottingham city centre.
The Enterprising Women network brings together people from sole traders to larger organisations and welcomes all to its events. Chamber members receive preferential pricing, rather than membership being presented as a universal entry requirement.
I would investigate it for an owner or professional who wants relationships that can continue across the East Midlands. The network’s year-round activity gives you a practical reason to reconnect after the conference, especially when you need peer advice as your responsibilities grow.
The event detail explicitly describes a paid conference, with registration not yet open at my check and speakers still to come. Treat this as a community-led choice for now, then assess the announced programme before committing your budget.
2. Sommet des Fondatrices: bring a founder’s business question
Sommet des Fondatrices is announced for 9 March, 09:00–18:00, at Théâtre de Paris, 15 Rue Blanche. WILLA, France Digitale and SISTA created the event for women already building companies and those preparing to start.
I would prioritise it for a founder developing relationships in the French entrepreneurial ecosystem. Bring a question about the company you are building, such as how to test demand or find suitable finance, so another founder can respond with relevant experience.
The page describes workshops, networking, a demo day and speed-invest meetings, while its detailed agenda still refers to 2026. Confirm which investment formats return in 2027 and how participants are selected before making investor access the reason for your trip.
The information is in French, so ask about session language and any English participation options. Compared with the East Midlands event, I would choose Paris when founder-specific relationships matter more than joining a broad regional business network.
3. Női Vállalkozók Napja: work through the reality of running a business
Női Vállalkozók Napja takes place on 18 March, 08:00–18:30, at Bálna Budapest. The organiser describes practical workshops, business talks, an exhibition area and organised opportunities for women entrepreneurs to get to know one another.
This is my option to investigate if you run a business in the Hungarian market and want other owners to talk through operating challenges. I would arrive with one issue you can explain clearly, rather than expect a general entrepreneur conference to solve every part of the business.
Access varies by ticket: Premium and VIP holders are offered online private consultations around the event, and some activities or services are reserved for those tiers. Compare the service you would actually use with the extra cost, including how consultations are booked.
The published information is Hungarian, making language an important part of the audience fit. I would favour it for practical owner-to-owner exchange; a founder whose main objective is fundraising should compare the investment-oriented route described for Paris.
Pro Tip: prepare a question someone can answer
Try “What changed when you hired your first manager?” or “How did you decide which customers to focus on?” A specific question helps a peer share useful experience, and gives you a more natural introduction than a long account of everything your company does.
4. HER Conference & Awards: distinguish leadership access from a dinner ticket
HER Conference & Awards is scheduled for 29 April at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo. The announced audience includes founders, leaders, decision-makers and partners, with business and sports perspectives on leadership and performance.
I would consider it for a founder moving into a larger leadership role, or a manager who wants perspectives beyond her own industry. Bring a decision about leading people, building a company or developing partnerships that you would value discussing with experienced peers.
The ticket page lists HER Conference, HER Awards Dinner & Show, and a combined day-and-night option. Choose according to the part of the event you need, and include the displayed VAT and booking fee in your budget.
Main-stage pitches are advertised, but general attendance should not be treated as a pitching allocation. Ask about selection and session language; the site contains both English and Norwegian information, which does not establish the language of every conversation.
5. Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit: start with your technical career
Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit confirms 16–17 June at EXPO XXI Warsaw, with online attendance also advertised. Its technology and STEM focus gives engineers, scientists and other technical professionals a more specific starting point than a general leadership gathering.
I would shortlist it for an early-career engineer exploring employers, or an experienced professional considering a different role. Decide what you want to learn about the work, team and skills involved before starting conversations with company representatives.
The participation page advertises separate online and in-person options, a Mentoring Zone for in-person attendees and a student application route. Older edition labels remain on the site, so confirm the 2027 conditions and any appointment process before relying on a specific benefit.
Online participation could help you assess the content without travelling, but check its interaction options separately. Access to talks or a mentoring area does not by itself establish an individual appointment with the person you want to meet.
6. Female Future Festival Vienna: assess the career community behind the programme
The Female Future Vienna edition is announced for 21 October at Ottakringer Eventlocation. Its page describes networking formats, masterclasses and an expo, with the detailed line-up and programme still developing.
I would investigate it for a professional seeking career and leadership connections in a German-speaking environment. It is a broader choice than Warsaw’s technical community, so select it around the kind of peers and practical sessions you want to find.
The page lists Networking, Silver and Gold ticket categories, but the names alone do not explain the access you need. Confirm which 2027 sessions, masterclasses and connection formats each pass includes before choosing an upgrade.
With an October date, I would keep it on the planning list while watching for the programme. Ask about working language and participation rules, then judge the published sessions against a specific career or leadership goal.
7. Check the participation route before choosing your community
Before booking a women in business conference, separate audience fit from access. A founder community can be relevant even when investor meetings need selection, while a leadership event may offer useful peer conversations without a formal matching programme.
Check whether mentoring requires a reservation, whether a pitch has an application deadline and whether workshops need another booking. Ask about attendee eligibility and ally participation directly when the 2027 rules are unclear; the audience described in a title is not an admission policy.
If the relationships you need are in America, my women’s business networking guide for the US provides a geographic alternative. Choose the community where you can continue the relationship and put the advice into practice.
For engineers or founders specifically seeking AI collaborators, use my AI networking events guide to investigate specialist communities. That can help when technical relevance is the main reason you are travelling.
8. Where I would start in your position
For a sole trader or business owner building regional relationships, I would start with Enterprising Women if you work in the East Midlands, or Női Vállalkozók Napja if you operate comfortably in Hungarian. Your advantage is the ability to continue talking with relevant owners afterwards.
For a woman developing a company in the French ecosystem, I would investigate Sommet des Fondatrices and verify the 2027 investor route if fundraising is the priority. Founders taking on more leadership responsibility can also examine HER’s business and leadership audience.
For students, early-career engineers and technical professionals considering a move, Warsaw offers the clearest technology-career focus in this shortlist. For broader leadership and career exchange in a German-speaking community, I would watch Vienna’s developing programme before selecting a pass.
Pro Tip: agree on a small next step
At the end of a useful conversation, ask whether the person would welcome a focused follow-up, such as exchanging a resource or discussing one remaining question. Make the request specific enough for both of you to know what continuing the relationship would involve.
Frequently asked questions
Which European events suit women entrepreneurs in 2027?
I would investigate Sommet des Fondatrices for French founder relationships, Női Vállalkozók Napja for Hungarian business-owner exchange and Enterprising Women for the East Midlands community. Choose according to your market, language and participation needs.
Which event would you recommend for women starting a technology career?
Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit offers the most directly relevant technology and STEM community in this shortlist. Check the 2027 career programme, student application conditions and mentoring arrangements before booking.
Are these women’s business networking events open to men and allies?
Enterprising Women explicitly welcomes all to its events. Check each other organiser’s current participation rules rather than infer eligibility from the event name.
Does a conference ticket include investor meetings, mentoring or pitching?
Not automatically. Check the specific pass, application or reservation process; Sommet’s 2027 investor formats need confirmation, HER’s pitching access needs checking, and Warsaw’s mentoring arrangements should be checked separately from general admission.
